Services and tools

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The Tag Manager itself works without cookies and does not collect any personal data. It merely triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags that are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have activated IP anonymisation so that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Google Ads

We use Google Ads, an online advertising programme from Google LLC. Google Ads uses cookies to display adverts based on a user's previous visits to our website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console, a service provided by Google LLC, to monitor and analyse the use of our website. Google Search Console does not collect any personal data, but merely provides us with aggregated reports on the visibility of our website in Google search results.

HubSpot

We use HubSpot, an integrated software solution from HubSpot, Inc, 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA, for our online marketing activities. This includes sending newsletters and creating forms. In particular, HubSpot processes contact data (e.g. name, email address) and usage data (e.g. pages visited). 

Description and scope of data processing 

Our website offers users the opportunity to download a free version of our DSHplus software or to contact us via a form by providing personal data. The data is entered into an input mask and transmitted to us and stored.

The following data is collected as part of the registration process:

• First name 
• Surname 
• Phone number 
• Your message to FLUIDON

As part of the form processing, the user's consent to the processing of this data is obtained.  

Purpose and legal basis of data processing

The services mentioned are used for the purpose of making the use of our website more user-friendly, effective and secure, as well as to optimise our marketing activities. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

Data transfer to third parties and third countries

Your data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA and processed there. Google undertakes to comply with the EU standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection. HubSpot has also undertaken to comply with the EU standard contractual clauses. 

Your rights / objection and removal options

You have the right to obtain information about the data stored by us at any time and to request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data. You can revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time.
