Since its foundation, FLUIDON GmbH has been synonymous with innovative research and development in the fields of fluid technology, system simulation and mechatronic systems. Our focus lies on translating scientific findings into industrial applications – particularly in the fields of hydraulics, pneumatics, piping systems and digital engineering processes.
Over the past 30 years, FLUIDON has participated in numerous research projects. In doing so, we work closely with universities, research institutions and industry partners to advance forward-looking technologies such as digital twins, simulation-based development, virtual commissioning and Industry 4.0 solutions.
The projects presented on this page are a selection of these activities. They serve as examples of how modern simulation methods (0D/1D system simulation), data-based models and automated workflows are used for the analysis, design and optimisation of fluid technology systems.
Our commitment to research and development is regularly recognised by the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft. We currently hold the “Research and Development – Survey Participant 2026” seal, which underscores our continuous innovative strength and our active role in technology transfer.
Through our research work, we contribute to the development of efficient, sustainable and digitally networked systems – ranging from traditional hydraulic applications to cloud-based simulation platforms, IoT integration and data-driven engineering methods.
