FLUIDON at HMI 2025
FLUIDON is an exhibitor at the FLUID POWER 4.0 special show at HMI 2025
FLUIDON is participating as a co-exhibitor in the FLUID POWER 4.0 special show, which is taking place at HANNOVER MESSE 2025 in Hall 5, Stand D44. The special show is organized by the FLUID 4.0 consortium under the leadership of the VDMA. Interested visitors can experience how drive and fluid technology components and systems work together seamlessly using a hydraulics connected demonstrator and a pneumatic ballpoint pen assembly machine. Visit the special show and discover the solutions of the 16 participating companies - from digitalization and digital twins to sustainability and innovative Fluid 4.0 use cases.
Overview of FLUIDON topics on simulation and digitalization for fluid technology
Visit us at Hannover Messe 2025 and experience the latest innovations in the simulation and digital optimization of fluid power systems live!
At our booth we present
- DSHplus – Simulation software for the dynamic analysis of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Cube – Web-based simulation and development platform for the automation of engineering processes
- Online-Simulation – Integration of dynamic simulations directly into your website
- Forschungsprojekt Fluid 4.0 – Digitalization solutions for fluid technology
As part of the “Motion & Drives Stage”, FLUIDON will be presenting exciting insights into “AAS and System Simulation”
- The presentation shows how Cube workflows seamlessly integrate the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) with 0D/1D system simulation, enabling efficient, data-driven engineering workflows.
- Using the example of a fluid power system, the Technical Data submodel is used to parameterize a simulation. The simulation calculates key performance indicators such as a product’s carbon footprint, and the result is automatically transferred to the Carbon Footprint submodel. The underlying simulation model is provided as an FMU and can be integrated into the Provision of Simulation Models submodel.
- By leveraging the Asset Interfaces Description submodel and MQTT, the cloud-based simulation receives real machine motion data and visualizes it in real time.
Our presentation titled will take place on two dates
- Tuesday, April 1, 2025, 12:30–1:00 p.m.
- Thursday, April 3, 2025, 11:30–12:00 a.m.
Come and discover how our solutions can take your development and optimization of fluid power systems to the next level!
